mashed potatoes 0.8-1 kg

Cooking method

  • I don’t want to eat! I want a pig! This is how the creation of this "pig" began ... Minced meat normally cooked in your favorite proportions and with your favorite toppings + the usual tasty mashed potatoes. All! We don't need anything else.
  • We divide the minced meat into two unequal parts: 1/3 and 2/3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or foil, preferably paper. We spread 1/3 of the minced meat in a thin layer (1.5-2 cm) of an oval shape along the diagonal of the baking sheet, this will be the base of the "pig". Put mashed potatoes on the meat base with a high slide, round the "back", pressing the mashed potatoes with your palms so that it does not crumble. Raise the edges of the base on potato sides along the entire perimeter. On the finished "carcass" of the future pig we spread the bulk of the minced meat, connecting the edges of the minced meat. We form round "hams" and a sharp "patch". Cut out "ears", a patch and a tail from round plastic potatoes, put all parts in the right places, make big beautiful "pig eyes" from two black olives and ... in the oven preheated for 25-30 minutes.
