Ingredients

white cabbage or savoy cabbage 1 fork (500-600 grams)
vegetable oil 4-5 st. spoons
garlic 2 teeth
ground black pepper taste
thyme 2-3 sprigs or 1 teaspoon dry
oregano 2-3 sprigs or 1 teaspoon dry
hot pepper optional taste
salt taste
water 2-3 st. spoons

Cooking method

  • Cabbage steakFinely chop the garlic, thyme, oregano and hot pepper.
  • Cabbage steakPour oil into the dishes, add chopped herbs and garlic with pepper. Add black ground pepper. We mix. You can use your favorite herbs and spices.
