I tried to make dumplings, or mini-vareniki, based on these frozen meatballs. Here dumplings in this case are made very quickly. Loved making fish meatballs. the shape is good, just right for sweets or for preparing all sorts of portioned berry mixes for adding to tea or for vegetable-spicy cubes in various dishes. Since the form has 37 cells, and 10 grams of minced meat is placed in the cell, 370 grams of minced meat is placed in one form. My 5 molds hold 1.85 kg. I always cook so much minced meat.
I bought forms for 150 rubles. The forms are Chinese. On Ali, they are sold by typing the magic words "mold silicone honeycomb mold". you will see many offers, the price is about the same as you bought. As a lazy person, I strongly advise lazy people.

I went and measured the very shape and cell. The length of the mold is 21.5 cm, width is 12 cm. The dimensions of the cell: the length of each of the 6 ribs is 1.4 cm, the length between opposite corners is 2.6 cm, the depth of the cell is exactly 2 cm.

I place all my silicone molds on it, for carrying the filled molds into the freezer, and on this plywood I put a stack of molds so that the bottom is even when frozen, not skewed, otherwise the forms are very flexible. This is a 3mm plywood cut from the side of a fruit crate taken from the market. After trimming, the edges are smoothed and seamed with a file and sandpaper, additionally impregnated twice with Finnish ASA topcoat for waterproofing. I have two of these plywood pieces measuring 17.5 cm x 10.5 cm. They fit all my different silicone molds.

For a serving, for each plate, I cook 5-6 of these meatballs. This size is still very convenient for small children, the meatball is immediately placed in the baby's mouth.
