Pickled watermelon with tomatoes

Ingredients

watermelon
tomato
water 1.2 l
salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Place tomatoes and watermelons in rows in a 3 liter bottle. In watermelons, remove the rind and cut into small slices (remove the bones if possible). I make it with a crust, it turns out so delicious! Lay tight.
  • Such a container takes about 1 liter of 200 ml of water. Boil the brine, pour in boiling brine and sterilize 15 minutes from the beginning of small bubbles in water. Twist, turn over and wrap until it cools completely.
  • Although I hate sterilization, I sterilize this blank. I'm afraid that by pouring I will break the structure of the watermelon.
  • I store it in the apartment in the closet, it costs well.

Once only the jar turned out to taste not as bombastic as everyone else. Obviously, this depends on the taste of the watermelon itself, although I roll some frankly unsuccessful berries here.
