Tender mackerel in mustard sauce

Ingredients

Mackerel 1 kg / 3 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Very tender, tasty and juicy fish. It is very quick and easy to do.
  • I bought frozen mackerel, 3 pieces came out to 1 kg. Thawed, cleaned and washed well.
  • Cut into portions, about 5 cm wide.

  • I cut the onion into quarter rings and add to the fish.

  • While the fish begins to "make friends" with the onions, I prepare the sauce: I mix the mustard, mayonnaise and soy sauce until smooth. I add it to the fish and onions and mix well.
  • DO NOT DRAIN!

  • I close it with a film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate (it can be more, I had about 1.5 hours ...).
  • Then I post it to the princess. First, I put the onion from the marinade, on top of the fish (I have a princess from below that fries a lot, so if where the onion is and burns it, it's not a pity).

  • Who does not have a princess - just put in the oven!
  • We bake in the oven for 20 minutes, in the princess I baked for 25 minutes.
  • Done! The fish according to this recipe is not dry at all. Juicy, with a pleasant taste.
