Ingredients

cherry or sweet cherry b / c 300 grams
milk 120 milliliters
wheat flour / grade 50 grams
sugar 50 grams
egg C1 2 pieces
butter 15 grams
salt pinch
vanillin taste

sugar for sprinkling forms
butter for mold lubrication
powdered sugar to serve

Cooking method

Beauty did not work out for me. Bake with fresh cherries + frozen to cover the bottom completely. Baked in Travolka, 20 minutes. The shape is about 27 cm in diameter. The dough rose, then everything settled down, now it is still warm, until it is cut beautifully, maybe, when it cools down, it will work out. I sit and eat right out of the mold with a spoon, I have to stop, otherwise I won't leave anything to the family)))
