Ingredients

For the test:
Raw potatoes 0.5 kg.
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Salt taste
Garlic optional
Flour (any) 2 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Any ready-made minced meat (salt, spices, onions, garlic) 200-250 gr.
Greens
Vegetables on request (zucchini, tomato, sweet pepper)
For the top:
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Hard cheese type Russian (I have Adyghe)

Cooking method

  • First, we prepare the filling. To do this, fry the minced meat. You can add stewed vegetables to taste and desire. Bring the filling to taste with salt and spices.
  • Boil the potatoes. Drain and knead the water with a pusher. Potato cheesecakes
  • Add egg, flour, chopped garlic and salt.
  • Cool the dough a little. The dough is soft, the ball does not roll. Potato cheesecakes
  • Form the cheesecakes with a spoon. Use your fingers to make a depression for the filling.

  • Put the filling on the cheesecakes. Brush the edges of the cheesecake with a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup and pour over the top. Bake until tender. Sprinkle with grated cheese before finishing.
