Cooking method

  • The pie is cooking very quickly, so I immediately turn on the oven to heat up to 190 degrees.
  • Apple pudding pieNow we need to prepare the baking dish. I baked in a split diameter 24 cm. I covered the bottom with paper and smeared with rast. oil. The sides of the form must also be well lubricated

  • Apple pudding pie and sift the resulting mass into an egg-sugar mixture
  • Apple pudding pieUsing a spatula, gently (and not for long!) Stir the mass in one direction until smooth

  • Apple pudding piePour the filling on top of it and distribute evenly with a spatula. Put the cake in the oven again for 10 minutes, increasing the temperature to 200 degrees
  • Apple pudding pieRemove the finished cake from the oven, immediately walk along the edges with a silicone knife and leave to cool for 15 minutes. Then release from the mold and transfer to a dish
  • The pie is delicious both warm and cold.

I met the recipe for this pie a couple of years ago on the internet, and since then it often appears on our table. When warm, the pie is very tasty to eat with cold milk, but when it cools down, its structure surprisingly turns into a pudding.
My changes in the recipe - in the original source of apples should be 900g, but at the first preparation I realized that there are a lot of them in relation to the dough. And changed the amount of sugar in the filling by half. because apples are always sweet for this cake

Thanks for the recipe. I got up so well, so tenderly lush. Fill is a wonderful addition. I did it not with apples, but peaches (there were just peaches at home, but I just wanted something quick for tea).
