Ingredients

Dark chocolate 120 g
Butter 100 g
Egg 3 pcs + 2
Granulated sugar 140 g + 100 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Cottage cheese 300 g
Cream 20% 140 ml
Semolina 3 st / l
Frozen cherries 200 g
Walnut 50 g
Tangerines in syrup 1 gr. Art.
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • 1. Remove the cherries from the freezer and set to defrost.
  • 2. Let the canned tangerine syrup drain.
  • 3. Beat cottage cheese with 2 eggs with a blender. Add cream and 100 g granulated sugar. The mass will be pretty runny, so we'll add the semolina. A little salt. Mix everything thoroughly. We remove the container and let the semolina swell.
  • 4. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a water bath. Let's cool down.
  • 5. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
  • 6. Beat 3 eggs thoroughly with a mixer until fluffy, adding 140 grams of sugar.
  • 7. Mix the cooled chocolate mass with crushed nuts and flour. Slowly introduce the egg mixture. We mix.
  • 8. Grease the mold with butter. Gently spread the chocolate mass into the mold, making the sides. If the mass remains, then it does not matter. Let's put it off. It can be useful to us.
  • 9. Pour half of the curd filling. We spread the completely defrosted cherries over the entire surface. After defrosting, I got about 200 g. At this stage, lay out the remaining chocolate mass if it suddenly remains. I just randomly laid it out over the entire form.
  • 10. Pour the second half of the curd filling onto the cherry layer. Lay out the tangerines on top.
  • 11. We bake. I baked in Tristar. First for 12-15 minutes, then for 13-10 minutes and, probably, 25 minutes for 14. Readiness is determined with a skewer.

The pie turned out to be very tasty. I adjusted the bottom to match the brownie, and the top somehow formed there from the remaining cottage cheese. Cream can easily be replaced with sour cream or something else with fermented milk. You need to take more berries. Anyone will go.
All layers were slightly salted, except for fruit, of course.
I had canned tangerines in a 580 ml jar. While the syrup has drained, then a whole faceted glass has turned out.
