Cooking method

  • I take out of the refrigerator a bowl of dough, which I started yesterday morning, oh, and it is beautiful - it stands in a bowl (5L) with a dome, in bubbles, shines.
  • I separate two pieces, the size of a large apple.
  • I grease the silicone pizza mold with oil. You don't have to smear it, the bottom will be drier.
  • I roll out one piece to a size slightly larger than a pizza mold, the layer is quite thin. I put it in a mold, the excess dough is slightly above the edges.
  • I mix fish, chopped onions, potatoes cut into thin cubes, put them on the dough, pepper, a little salt, a little aromatic sunflower oil.
  • I roll out the second piece of dough, cover the pie, pinch, a small hole in the dough for steam.
  • 25 minutes on, 10-15 minutes off, depending on the thickness of the dough and filling.
  • Very tasty. A dough made of nothing - water, flour, salt and yeast, and cold - and such a richness of taste, after a short rest under a cloth, the crust is soft, fragrant.

Note
