Ingredients

Egg 6 items
Sugar 300 BC
Salt pinch

Corn starch 75 g
Vanillin 1.5 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Black chocolate 70% 100 g
Pitted prunes 150 g
Glaze
Sugar 1 glass
Water 6 tbsp. l.
Instant gelatin 1 tsp
Vanillin 1.5 g
Lemon acid 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Who doesn't love chocolate covered prunes? This is definitely not me.
  • Here's a recipe for a very simple cupcake with these ingredients I love.
  • I start by greasing the mold, I have Nordic Ware Lily, non-stick grease, and refrigerating.
  • Next, let's prepare the prunes. I have pitted. Soak in hot water. Set aside.
  • Now let's get down to the dough.
  • The butter and eggs should be at room temperature. Grind butter with sugar and a pinch of salt, without stopping whipping, introduce one egg at a time, beat well again.
  • Combine flour, starch, vanillin and baking powder and sift. Stir gently into the egg-oil mixture, stirring with a spatula by folding. Melt the chocolate. I do this in a microwave oven in three doses for 30-30-20 seconds, stirring after each warm-up. Stir well again so that there are no lumps.
  • Pour the chocolate onto the dough and with a fork (I do this with a whisk pulled out of the mixer) mix randomly.
  • With just a few movements.
  • Now we drain the water from the prunes, dry it with a napkin, cut it into 4 parts and roll it in flour.
  • We take the form and spread the dough in a circle with a teaspoon (with a bump). We do not level, but simply overlay the piles closely. Now put a piece of prunes on each pile. Put the dough again, but now between the piles and again put a piece of prunes on each spoonful of dough. That is, we try to lay out the prunes in a checkerboard pattern. And so on until the prunes run out. Put the remaining dough on top. Hit the mold several times on the table and place it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. I bake ALL muffins in this mold for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • This is how my oven bakes. You focus on your own, checking the readiness with a wooden stick.
  • When the cake is baked, let it cool for 10 minutes and turn it over onto a platter.
  • GLAZE.
  • You can completely do without it or cook any other.
  • But I just fell in love with this recipe's frosting and now I'm only making it.
  • This time I added vanillin and citric acid to it.
  • I poured the icing on the cake immediately after it was made and sprinkled with chocolate chips.
  • Cut the cake completely cool.
