Ingredients
for dough: dry yeast 1 tsp.
milk 40 ml
wheat flour 400 gr.
icing sugar 60 gr.
salt 1/2 tsp
cold butter 200 gr.
egg 1 piece
for berry filling:
berries (currants or cherries, well, or others) 350 gr.
sugar 100 gr.
water 100 ml. + 2 tbsp. l.
corn starch 2 tbsp l.
for curd filling:
dry cottage cheese 500 gr.
sugar 120 gr.
egg + yolk 1 + 1
sour cream 100 gr.
baking dish, or small pieces 12 28 cm diameter
Cooking method

Mix yeast with warm milk. Flour, icing sugar. sift the salt. Add cold chopped butter. Grind flour and butter, add yeast mixture and egg. Knead the dough and refrigerate (2 hours or overnight).
Mix berries with sugar, add 100 ml. water and bring to a boil. Dilute starch in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of water and add to the berries. Cook for 2 minutes. Cool down.
Mix cottage cheese with a blender with sugar, sour cream and eggs.
Roll out the dough and put in a mold with sides. On the dough, berry filling, curd on top. Bake at 190 - about 30 minutes.

The dish is designed for 1 cake with a diameter of 28 cm, or several portions
