Ingredients

for the base
Oreo cookies 200 g
coconut milk 4-5 st. l
for filling
avocado 2 pcs
cashew nuts 150 g
vanilla seeds 1 pod
lime juice 2 pcs
agave syrup 150 g
Coconut oil 120 g
sea ​​salt 0.5 tsp
kiwi for decoration 1-2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Pre-soak the nuts in water for 4 hours, or overnight. Then the water must be drained.
  • Grind the cookies in a blender.
  • For the base
  • Mix the cookies with coconut milk, put in a prepared form (from which you can easily extract the finished dessert) with a layer of about 1 cm, compact and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
  • For filling
  • Place all ingredients in a powerful blender and whisk until thick and smooth. You may need to add water or coconut milk.
  • Remove the base from the refrigerator and pour the whipped mixture over it.
  • Refrigerate again for at least 4 hours.
  • Garnish with thin kiwi slices and lime zest before serving.
  • Store the dessert in the refrigerator.
