Ingredients

wheat flour 1 tbsp.
milk 60 ml.
butter 50 gr.
egg yolks 2 pcs.
fresh yeast 15 gr.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt pinch
poppy filling (any will do) 400-450 gr.

Cooking method

Now I am sharing my impressions. I had some chopped walnuts, and the dough was somehow too small for two rolls, it seemed to me, so I made two portions at once, rolled out in one layer. Immediately sprinkled with nut filling, as much was enough, the rest - with poppy seeds. So, the poppy took a little more than half of the test. And I cooked poppy seeds 3 bags of 100 gr. And I have half more !!! about left. Although I did not feel the lack of poppy seeds in the finished roll. So next time I'll cook 100 grams, probably. By the way, the consumption of poppy can be reduced by adding a little semolina (literally 0.5-1 tbsp. L.). The rolls turned out to be completely different to the taste: I liked the nuts more, although I am a narcamanca - I really like poppy fillings. My husband liked both. I will definitely do more !!!
