Slow Cooker Mushroom Soup with Beans

Ingredients

Dry beans, white 1 glass
Water 6 glasses
Petioled celery, finely chopped 1/2 cup
Onion, finely chopped 1/2 cup
Carrots, grated 1 glass
Fresh champignons 10 pieces
Turkey wing 1/2 wing
Bay leaf 1 PC
Salt 2 tsp
Black pepper, peas 3 pcs
Allspice, peas 1 PC
Parsley Optional

Cooking method

  • Wash 1 cup of beans, add plenty of water and leave for 12 hours.
  • Then drain the water, put the beans in a slow cooker bowl, add 6 cups of water, 1 cup grated carrots on a coarse grater, 1/2 cup each chopped onion and celery, 10 medium mushrooms, cut into slices and half a turkey wing (350g).
  • Cover and cook on HIGH 5 hours until beans are tender.
  • Remove the meat, add salt, pepper, bay leaf to the soup and turn off the slow cooker.
  • Remove the meat from the bones, chop finely and add to the soup.
  • Serve sprinkled with parsley
