Ingredients

dates with stone 300 grams
dried apricots 250 grams
sesame 100g
any nuts (I have peanuts) 100g
pumpkin seeds 50 grams
orange or tangerine zest 1 tsp
cinnamon optional taste
vanilla optional taste
cardamom optional taste

Cooking method

  • Date sausage (lean, vegetarian)Pour half the sesame seeds, nuts and seeds on a baking sheet and lightly fry in the oven at 180 degrees (about 5 minutes)
  • Date sausage (lean, vegetarian)Wash dried apricots and dates thoroughly. If the s / f is very hard, then pour boiling water and let stand for about 15 minutes. Remove the bones from the dates. Skip on the smallest grill grinder.
