My shitty salad

Ingredients

Boiled beets ~1
raw cabbage ~ 200 gr
raw carrot 1
horseradish 1 st.l.
salt ...
olive oil ...

Cooking method

  • Dice the beets 1-1.5 X 1-1.5 cm
  • The cabbage can be finely chopped, but I grated it, like the carrot.
  • Season with salt, add horseradish and olive oil, mix.
  • You can sprinkle with herbs.
  • If you wish, you can add small sour apple cubes to the salad.
  • Who likes fatter, you can season with mayonnaise.

Note

The dish is budgetary, tasty, suitable for losing weight, on a diet.

Previously, the cabbage was finely chopped on a slicer, the salad looked light, with bright splashes of beets.
But in view of the growing laziness, she began to grate, the salad was colored.

Extremely delicious salad !! I love cabbage and beets, but the shop horseradish didn't seem spicy enough to me, so I put not one, but two tablespoons. I cooked it without dressing, and added mayonnaise or butter directly to the plate. I found it tastier with mayonnaise - maybe because I don't like butter.

Yes, we love beets, but my family and I recognize them only in Ukrainian borscht, vinaigrette and somewhere else, but not often. Personally, I eat beets knowing that I need to eat them, although sometimes. You can add (small) Chinese cabbage.
