Cheese salad with salmon

Ingredients

Arugula (salad mix) 1 bundle
Lightly salted salmon 100 g
Orange 1/2 pcs.
Brynza (feta) 100 g
Walnuts 1 tbsp. l.
Walnut oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Lemon 1/2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Wash arugula or salad mix, dry, put on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice and pour over walnut oil.
  • Peel the orange and remove all white films. Cut the cheese into cubes and cut the fish into thin slices or slices.
  • Spread the orange and fish on a salad pillow, sprinkle with lemon juice again and pour a little oil. Sprinkle with pan-dried walnuts on top.
