Ingredients

blueberries (can be substituted with black currants) 1 glass
wheat flour 280 g
sugar 300 - 375 gr (to taste)
milk 1 glass
eggs 2 pcs
sl. oil 170 g
baking powder (baking powder) 2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
baking dish (20.5 cm by 30 cm) grease with oil

Cooking method

  • Preheat the oven to 165 *. While the oven is warming up, prepare the dough (everything is done very quickly)
  • Blueberry pie for coffeeSift flour, mix with sugar. Slice (or grate) the butter into thin slices. It's faster for me right above the bowl, the bowl is on the scales, cut the butter and immediately weigh the norm. Mix everything into small crumbs (I do this with a "moon" knife, but you can also use a fork or hands. But best of all in a blender bowl. My bowl is small in volume, does not allow you to grind everything at once.
  • Pour 0.5 cups of crumbs for sprinkling, and add baking powder and salt to the remaining crumbs.

  • Cool the cake and remove from the mold.
  • In Princess 115001, I baked for 10 minutes, from a cold state, at max power, then I reduced the power for 13 hours and another 10 minutes, then turned off and did not open the lid for 15 minutes (it could have been 10 minutes)

I found the recipe for a long time on the Internet, copied it into my notebook. Then I just got the Internet, and I copied all the recipes I liked in a notebook. I can't find the source of the recipe, I looked on our forum, I didn't seem to find a similar recipe.
The name of the cake is also from the author, so I left it that way. But the pie goes well not only with coffee, but also with tea, with milk or compote.
And now ... I've baked this cake in the oven many times. The result I had was unpredictable ... it could have turned out cool. But I attributed this to my capricious and not heavily regulated gas oven.
The princess did a great job with the pie, the dough turned out to be crumbly and perfectly baked!
