  • I even bought a portable induction cooker especially for boiling milk and cooking ham! True, I never really used it, it still stands in the closet ...
  • I also used a non-boiled lid, with it, the milk also ran away over medium heat! Maybe it was necessary on minimal fire?
  • Finally, Shtebochka appeared in my life !!!!
  • I reread both branches about DD1 and DD2, all the recipes. And yesterday I decided to do it! I was very worried that the milk would not run away, because I read in the subject how something ran away from others and even had to spin the body!
  • Before turning on the start, I even talked to my little girl Shtebochka, explained to her how important it is that the milk does not run away ...
  • In short, I chose the KASH mode, 0.7 for 2 minutes. I'm standing next to you, waiting! ... I heard, it began to boil, the valve began to hiss a little ... I tensed ... Then the float jumped, I already shuddered from surprise!
  • Everything, you can relax! Hurrah!!! Everything worked out!!! Now this life will begin !!! Stebik will boil my milk herself !!!
  • P.S. To play off, of course, cannot be forced! We open it only after the pressure itself has dropped. The milk rose by 3 cm maximum, just up to the maximum mark. That is, in principle, you can boil 3 liters. Color and taste - regular milk, no baked taste

This is called "MILK", and lasts 12 minutes, at 100 * C, with the lid closed. I tried it - it turns out quite fine

I also tried to boil it. Only put 1 minute. After lowering the float, I received a slightly creamy milk, melted. I don't do that anymore. I don’t even know why it happened to me. And you still have it white?
