Hello, I recently started a topic about compact bread makers. I read a lot of topics here, looked at the availability of compact models of bread makers in stores (or rather, their absence). Gradually came to the need to buy a large oven (either Panasonic or Kenwood). Stopped one thing - in reality there is no place in the kitchen. By chance (almost placing an order for a KYu for a Panasonic bakery), I saw this baby, and even in a design that suits me (forgive me the gurus of this forum). In general, I read it, thought it over and ordered it. After 10 days, the parcel arrived at our post office.
Today I baked bread for the first time in a bread maker. Before that, thanks to the clear instructions and recipes on this forum, I baked in the oven.
I will try to insert a photo. Recipe Cheese bread (ingredients reduced by 1/3).

Yesterday I baked Oblachko bread according to a recipe that is available here on the website of several authors (Natali06, Sanulina). It turned out to be just wonderful white toast bread. Basic mode.

Yanata0077, Natalia, Is there an instruction in Russian? Happy with your bread maker?
Yanata0077
Sorry for not answering right away (we went on vacation).
There are no instructions in Russian, on the official website I downloaded the instructions in English and translated them through the Yandex translator (though partially, then I figured it out in the process of use), plus they also gave instructions for a large bakery from this manufacturer.
The pros for me are the size (it doesn't take up much space on the work surface), the appearance (I like the absence of protruding buttons, etc.)( I practically don't eat bread), so it's always fresh.
Disadvantages - the coating of the bucket, in certain places (like the buttons inside the bucket) the coating is slightly worn out. Now I wrote a letter to the manufacturer's website and to the website of the online store where they purchased it - the issue has been resolved, there will be a new bucket (I don't know how much there will be such a problem).
And yes, I looked there is a programmable mode, but honestly I don’t use it, I’m quite enough of the usual ones, now there is very little time due to the congestion of work on experiments in baking.

Yanata0077, Natalia, thanks for the answer! I didn't wait for it and ordered it. Received today! She is as small as a toy! I put the bread down, I'm waiting.

Good day!
I ordered this bread maker because of the size. I really like the appearance of the bread machine.
At this stage there are 2 problems. I can't get a nice roof, but I'll work on it. Most importantly, the crust is oak. A damp linen towel doesn't help. Can I reduce baking by 5 minutes?
Before that I used hl.LG and there were no problems at all. The roof is always beautiful, the crust is crispy, thin and very tasty.
Owners of Unolds and not only them, please give advice.
