Ingredients

minced meat 500 g

parsley 2-3 wet
bread 2 slices
milk 50 ml

Sauce:
tomato paste 1 tbsp. l
water 200 ml

Cooking method

  • Hasan pasha cutlet (Hasan pasa koftesi)Gently pour the cutlets on top with the resulting sauce, pour the rest of the sauce into the mold. Return the cutlets to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
