Ingredients

Minced cutlet 500gr
Raw potatoes 8-10 pieces of medium size
Raw eggs 2 pcs
Salt
For the sauce
Milk 0,5 l
Butter 3st. l
flour 2 tbsp. l
salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Minced meat should be ready, i.e. with salt, etc.
  • Peel the potatoes, grate on a medium grater, salt. Drain the resulting juice. Add eggs and mix. From the potato mass, form a cake on it, put a minced meat cutlet and squeeze well on all sides. 🔗
  • So do the rest of the sorcerers. 🔗
  • Sorcerers lightly fry in a pan on both sides. Place in a baking dish.
  • Prepare the sauce. Melt butter in a frying pan, add 2 tbsp. l. flour and fry until golden brown. Reduce heat and pour in milk, stir the sauce constantly to disperse lumps. Cook until thick. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over the wizards. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 gr.
  • Remove the foil 15 minutes before readiness.
  • I don't pretend to be authentic, but it turns out delicious, 2 in one (meat + side dish). For a family dinner, that's it.
