Ingredients

Dough
premium wheat flour 1 glass / 170gr
eggs 3 pcs
salt 1 tsp
sour cream 300gr
sesame handful
Filling
mushrooms 2 large pieces
greens
chicken fillet 350gr
sunflower oil for mold lubrication
any cheese

Cooking method

  • I suggest making a jellied pie at Tortilla Chef.
  • To begin with, you need to cut the ingredients for the filling.
  • chicken fillet in pieces, mushrooms, chop greens, grate cheese for the parcel.
  • For the dough, beat three eggs with salt into a froth. Put sour cream there, or you can replace some of the sour cream with Matsoni.
  • I had 200 rubles of sour cream and 100 rubles of yogurt.
  • Stir with a mixer.
  • Then add flour and stir, and then add a handful of sesame seeds. The dough should not be thick, but should be about the same as for pancakes. If it is too thick, you can add kefir or yogurt.
  • Now grease with Tortilla and pour out half of the dough.
  • The next layer is chicken fillet, then mushrooms, then greens. Then again chicken fillet.
  • Fill with the second part of the dough and sprinkle with cheese on top. I had Tilsiter cheese.
  • We close the lid and set the heating level to 2.5 and 30 minutes.
  • The pie has lifted the lid, you have to wait a little until it settles and turn over the Tortilla.
