Stuffed quail eggs

Ingredients

quail eggs 10 pieces.
salmon / trout / salted salmon 50 g
cream cheese 2 tbsp. l.
dill
pepper mix

Cooking method

  • Boil and peel the eggs, trying to keep them intact. Halve the eggs and remove the yolk.
  • Cut the fish into small pieces, about 3-4 mm.
  • In a bowl, grind the cream cheese and half the yolks with a fork, add the fish, finely chopped dill, mix. If necessary, add a little salt, add a mixture of peppers to taste.
  • Gently stuff the halves of the eggs and fold in pairs, insert a toothpick on top.
  • Put on a dish, garnish with dill.
