1. dissolve at any power, 2-4 seconds, you need the gelatin to just become liquid without grains
2. such a small amount of alcohol does not affect gelling. Gelatin is added based on total weight.
3.No difference, no need to cool
4. as you prefer
5. never timed. Chocolate every 30 sec. take out and mix. Cocoa butter - no difference, nothing will happen to it.
