Ingredients

peeled pumpkin seeds (any nuts) 60 g
pear 1 large
sugar 150 g

  • I like very much such recipes when there is a minimum of labor and production costs, and as a result - a luxurious dessert, adult, solid.
  • As part of the pumpkin seeds, once replaced with walnuts, it is also tasty, but you should try with seeds to make a choice in their favor.
  • Pears are now available all year round, if you have a choice, I suggest smelling the varieties and picking the most fragrant.
  • So, everything is simple:
  • - we take out butter and eggs from the refrigerator, butter - melt into the mixer bowl;
  • - turn on the oven 160 degrees up and down (I am 180 degrees with convection, look at your oven);
  • - in the meantime, we grind not into flour, in pieces, seeds (nuts) and chocolate (milk or dark - to taste, we liked 50/50 more, bitter draws the taste over);
  • - cut the pear into small 0.5 cm cubes;
  • - beat butter with sugar for 3-4 minutes;
  • - add eggs one by one;
  • - turn off the mixer, use a spatula to stir in flour with baking powder, then nuts, chocolate and pear.
  • We put the dough in a prepared mold, I have a silicone one with a hole and I pass it with butter foil, the author uses parchment at the bottom of a detachable form, covers the sides with a thin layer of butter and dust it with flour.
  • Bake 40-50 minutes until dry match at 160 degrees top-bottom (I am at 180 degrees with convection), look in your oven.

Therefore, the second time I took the test 1.5 times more. I found the pumpkin seeds and put them as they should, before they fried them. But either the seeds were of poor quality, or they didn't need to be fried, but I didn't really like them in this muffin. We liked the walnuts much more. And there was not enough filler for the dough the second time. In general, you need to adjust a little for yourself, but the combination of products is cool!
