Ingredients

peeled banana 400 gram
sugar 180 grams
eggs C-O 2 pieces
butter 100g
wheat flour 220 grams
salt pinch
vanillin or zest taste
baking powder 1.5 teaspoons

Cooking method

  • Make mashed potatoes from banana pulp, add eggs.
  • Pour melted butter into the mass.
  • Add sugar.
  • Mix everything.
  • Add salt, baking powder, vanillin or zest to the flour (I added 1 teaspoon dried lemon zest).
  • Pour flour into the banana mixture.
  • Stir.
  • Pour into a mold.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  • Willingness to test with a stick.
