  • Cheese will be the main ingredient in this pie. Cheese cheese with herbs in thin layers of dough. And there will definitely be a fill! Pouring with sourness, which will appear from sour cream.
  • The end result is a very rich, satisfying and high-calorie pie. And just as tasty. Well, what can I do, sometimes you have to sacrifice something for the sake of gastronomic pleasure ... That's why I don't like making such pies. I am not inclined to self-sacrifice and cannot resist the temptation to grab a piece. Or even a piece ... or two ...
  • 1Jellied cheese pieSift wheat flour into the bowl of the combine, add salt, water and vegetable oil.
  • 2Jellied cheese pieWe turn on the kneading for 5 minutes using the "hook". The result is a soft and elastic dough.
  • 3Jellied cheese pieFor the filling, finely chop the feta cheese and mix it with finely chopped parsley. Add salt if necessary. Here, be guided by the salinity of feta cheese.
  • 4Jellied cheese pieFor pouring, mix sour cream with an egg.
  • 5Jellied cheese pieMelt the butter.
  • 6Jellied cheese pieDivide the rested dough into 4 parts. We roll out thin strips of 50x5 cm from each part.
