water 200 ml.

vegetable or olive oil. 4-5 st. l.

Cooking method

  • I bring you simple cakes, but they are honestly very tasty.
  • They are done at once, very quickly and easily.
  • Filling to your taste: greens, potatoes, various cheeses.
  • I make the dough in a bread maker on Pelmeni.
  • The dough is very soft, pliable, I use this for dumplings and make chapatki, bake samsa ... in general, a lot of where this dough goes.
  • We roll it into a layer, sprinkle with herbs, roll it up and cut it into snail segments.
  • We roll each segment into a cake. We bake in a well-heated frying pan, it can be dry, or with butter, the taste is different.
