The regular bread preparation mode provides for standing, kneading, adding dry yeast from a dispenser, raising and baking according to program 1. Is it possible to do without quick dry yeast through sourdough? Take a piece of the old ascended dough, add it to a new one, raise and bake? How to do this on Panasonic 2502, what modes should I expose?
