Eggplant salad with tomatoes

Ingredients

eggplant small 3 pieces
tomato 1-2 pieces
turnip onion 1 piece
garlic 1 clove
greens taste
vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Boil the eggplants until tender (10-15 minutes from boiling).

  • Peel and cut eggplants (I cut them into strips)
