Cooking method

  • I cut the apples and pears with the skin into 1.5x1.5 pieces, it can be a little larger, the plums are only in half, I pull out the bone easily, since the plums are Hungarian.
  • I fall asleep with sugar, let it stand until the juice is released, you can all night. Let it boil, stir with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes.
  • Let it cool down. It can be from day to evening. I repeat to boil, stirring for 2-3-4 minutes. Cools down. Each time, the contents of the pelvis thickens. For the third time I let it boil, stir it again and pour it over sterile bams, twist it. It cools down - I send it to the shelf in the pantry in the kitchen.

Note

I had sweet fruits, I put little sugar, if they were sour, I would put more.

This is how I make plum jam. If it turns out to be liquid, I separately pour the liquid into tall narrow jars, in winter I use it as a syrup.
