Ingredients

foam from any jam 200 grams
egg whites 3 pieces
lemon juice 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • It's very simple.
  • Add lemon juice to the foam, mix.
  • Beat the cooled proteins until peaks.
  • Gently pour into the foam, mix, pour into jars with a lid.
  • I poured it into a cottage cheese jar.
  • Put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  • Then we take it out and enjoy it.
  • It’s very tasty, it tastes like Soviet popsicles in cardboard cups.
