Spinach with nuts

Ingredients

Spinach 2 Kg
Walnuts 200 g
Fresh coriander 1 bundle
Parsley 0.5 bundle
Onion 2 heads
Garnet half
Wine vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l
Ground coriander seeds 1 tbsp. l
Ground fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Imeretian saffron 1 tsp
Garlic 5 cloves spices, salt pepper
Salt and hot red pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the spinach, put it in a colander. After cooling down, take it in your hands the size of a large snowball and squeeze well between your hands. Finely chop the spinach. Add finely chopped onions and herbs, crushed garlic, spices, vinegar, ground nuts. Mix everything well .. If cooking for guests, roll up balls like meatballs. Place a pomegranate seed in the middle of each ball. This portion is enough for a table of 15 people.
