Ingredients

Spinach 2kg
Onions 4 heads
Fresh coriander 2 bunches
1 bunch parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

Boil the spinach. Throw in a colander, let the liquid drain. 4 large onion heads, cut into cubes, fry in sunflower oil. Add chopped spinach, simmer for about 10 minutes. Add finely chopped herbs, salt and black pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes, stir several times for even cooking. Can be eaten both hot and cold. Likewise, it can be made from beet tops.
