Chicken liver with spices

Ingredients

Chicken liver 0.5 kg.
Onions 2 heads
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Ground coriander 1 tbsp l
Ground fenugreek grains 1h l
Imeretian saffron 1h. l
Hot red pepper and salt to taste
Sunflower oil 2-3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Wash and dry the chicken liver. Pour sunflower oil into a skillet or saucepan with a thick bottom and heat well. Throw the liver into a saucepan and fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Throw in the onion, chopped into half rings, and fry everything together for another two minutes. Add crushed garlic and spices and simmer all together until the liver is tender. I think for a couple more minutes. Serve hot. A very tasty and aromatic dish even for a festive table
