Fish terrine with green peas

Ingredients

Pangasius fillet 700 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Egg 1 PC.
Hercules flakes 2 tbsp. l.
Green peas, fresh or frozen 200 g
Fresh dill taste
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • 1. If fillets and peas are frozen - defrost and drain all the liquid.
  • 2. Fillet, onion and flakes mince. If possible, choose the largest attachment for the meat grinder so that the fish retains small pieces, and does not grind in mashed potatoes.
  • 3. Drive an egg into the minced meat, add salt, spices (I had lemon pepper and ground paprika), mix thoroughly.
  • 4. Add the peas and stir again to distribute the peas evenly in the minced meat.
  • 5. Line a bowl of a multicooker for steaming with foil, lay out the terrine and cover with the edges of the foil so that the minced meat is completely covered. Cook on Steam for 40 minutes.
  • Serve hot with mashed potatoes / rice, or use as a filling for chilled sandwiches. Bon Appetit!))
