Chocolate Pie Kuhe

Ingredients

wheat flour / grade 320 gram
sugar 300 grams
egg C1 4 pieces
vegetable oil b / s 250 milliliters
milk 250 milliliters
cocoa powder 3 tbsp. heaped spoons
vanilla taste
salt pinch
baking powder 10 grams
shape d25 * 25

Cooking method

  • First, wash the eggs well with warm water and soap.

Irina, I had the same doubts about the vegetable oil in the recipe ... but when I baked Kuhe and began to take a sample .. then none of my family guessed that there was vegetable oil in the recipe, they fought for a sweet soul!
It kind of gives the cake a pleasant moisture. I tried to add it to the dough a little less, and it worked out quite well.
