Ingredients

milk 360 ml
egg 1 piece
wheat flour 400-500 grams
butter 30 grams
vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
dry yeast 2 teaspoons
sugar 40 grams
salt 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • For the dough, take warm milk, put all the yeast in it, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  • Leave on for 20 minutes to foam.
  • Beat the egg separately with soft butter, the rest of the sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt.
  • Pour milk with yeast to the egg mixture.
  • We mix.
  • Pour 2 and a half cups of flour (250 ml glass) into a large bowl.
  • Pour out the egg and milk mixture. We mix.
  • If it turns out to be liquid, add a little flour, constantly stirring.
  • At the end, pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix well.
  • The dough should be soft.
  • We give a distance of 1.5-2 hours.
  • For the filling, boil eggs, cool, peel, chop.
  • Peel the onion, wash, drain, and chop finely. Sprinkle with salt and gently mash.
  • Add eggs, pour in oil, stir.
  • Divide the dough into small balls.
  • Roll out each, put a tablespoon of the filling in the middle.
  • Pinch the edges and flatten the pie with your hand.
  • Fry in hot oil over low heat on both sides.
