Fried pampushki (sourdough)

Ingredients

Wheat leaven 100 g
Milk 250 g
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l. (40gr.)
Butter 30 g
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Flour / s 430 g

Cooking method

  • I fed the wheat leaven in the evening - 1 tbsp. l. sourdough + 60 g flour / s + 60 g water and left overnight at room temperature.
  • In the morning I put all the ingredients in the bread maker and turned on the dough mode, I have it for 1.5 hours. Then she formed round blanks (12 pieces turned out) and left to rise for 30 minutes, covering them with a towel. Fried in a skillet under the lid over very low heat.
  • I made friends with sourdough quite recently and baked exclusively shaped bread according to the recipes of our bakers)))
  • But I fried these donuts very often, but only with yeast, and so I decided to take the risk of adapting the recipe to a healthy sourdough.
  • Please do not judge strictly, as this is my first recipe with this "wonderful product".
