Good day. I made dough according to a recipe from a book from a bread machine. On mode 15. Only instead of water I added milk and added an egg.
The dough turned out to be liquid and very sticky. Has anyone encountered this? I have a feeling that the recipe is low in flour ...
When I did it according to the recipe from the book (without eggs and water instead of milk), the situation is almost the same .. Only the dough turns out after cooking it is harsh, very dense .. lacks softness and tenderness.
