Ingredients

Milk (I have a village) 250 grams
yolk 2 pieces
sugar 160 grams
corn starch 1 tbsp. the spoon
matcha tea 1 tbsp. the spoon
vanilla taste
salt pinch
cream 33-35% fat 500 grams
xanth gum option 1/2 tsp
praline 100g

Cooking method

  • Stir the yolks in milk.

Tell me, if you decrease the amount of cream and increase the amount of milk by the same amount, do you need to take a little more xanth gum?
