Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs well with sugar, add cooled melted margarine, sour cream, baking powder, vanillin and flour. You can add raisins, nuts, candied fruits, cocoa, poppy seeds, etc. to the dough.

Hope, each time I pour a different amount of flour. Sour cream is always different, sometimes liquid, sometimes thicker. The eggs are also not calibrated. The consistency should not be thick, but also not drip from the spoon.

If the dough is liquid enough, then the cake will be very tender, if the flour is shifted a little, then the cake will turn out to be denser.
