Ingredients

For starter culture:
starter from the refrigerator 80 g
wheat flour, ordinary 340 g
water, slightly warm at about 30 ° C 340 g
For the test:
all leaven
eggs 4 things.
salt 1 tsp
sugar to taste (I put 4 tbsp. l.)
milk, depends on how thick you want the pancakes and on your flour 300-350 ml
soda 1 tsp
flour 150 g
vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

About 14-16 hours before cooking, mix the starter, flour and water in a large enough bowl, cover the starter and leave to stand at room temperature.
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add to the sourdough and stir until the lumps disappear completely.
Mix baking soda with flour and add to the sourdough, stirring constantly.
Add milk slowly until you get the desired consistency of dough.
Add rast at the end. oil. They are baked very quickly over the same heat as thin pancakes. Then I grease them with more oil.
