Ingredients

honey 30 grams

wheat flour / grade 400 gram
salt pinch
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Beat soft butter with sugar and salt.
  • Add eggs one at a time.

  • Add flour and a mixture of nuts with dried fruits to the liquid ingredients.
  • Stir with a spoon until smooth.

  • Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer.

  • Cut into pieces 1-1.5 centimeters wide.
  • Place on a baking sheet, cut up.
  • Brown on both sides at a temperature of 170 degrees, preferably with convection.
  • Take out, cool on a wire rack.
