Ice Cream Snickers

Ingredients

boiled condensed milk 200 grams
cream 33-35% fat 400 gram
caramel toffee sauce 100g
peanuts peeled 100g
milk chocolate 80 gram
vanilla option
xanth gum optional 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Ice Cream Snickers Stir the boiled condensed milk until smooth with 100 grams of cream.
  • Ice Cream Snickers Whip the rest of the cream until fluffy. The cream should be cold.
  • Ice Cream Snickers Add gum to pure cream (optional). With constant whipping, add cream with condensed milk. Transfer to another dish and put in the freezer for an hour or two. It took me an hour and it started well. Perhaps because there was not a thick layer and xanth gum, which not only prevents the formation of ice crystals, but also gives viscosity.
  • Roast peanuts in any way.
  • Melt the chocolate in any way. Make sure that the melting temperature is not high (about 30 degrees), so that the chocolate does not "curl" and lose its properties.
  • Ice Cream Snickers Mix chocolate with nuts.
  • Ice Cream Snickers Place baking paper on a board or other level surface. Arrange the chocolate nuts in an even layer and send them to the refrigerator to harden.
  • Ice Cream Snickers Get out the ice cream container. Cover and crush the nuts with a rolling pin, you can just break them. Mix nuts with ice cream.
  • Ice Cream Snickers Top with caramel sauce. Stir gently so that the sauce does not mix smoothly with the mass.
  • Ice Cream Snickers Smooth out and pour over the sauce again. Place in the freezer until completely solidified.
  • Serve with or without sauce.
