The thickness of the dough can be varied, and the thinner the dough, the longer it takes to bake, so I don't bake classic pancakes in a princess, it's faster and tastier in a simple frying pan.

I came up with a zigzag filling of almost pancake dough - it is very convenient, you do not need to level it along the bottom, it is immediately baked and lumps form when smeared. And in a zigzag and evenly and quickly, and even if where the dough does not join, it does not affect the taste, it turns over easily, if only it is well baked at the beginning.
