Ingredients

Honey 30g
Vanilla sugar 2 packs
Any jam or grated fruit with sugar 120g
Biscuit crumbs or jubilee cookies 75 gr
Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
A pinch of salt
Butter 30g

There are a lot of cheesecake recipes on our favorite site. And fast and long cooking. Recently, I have come to love cooking in jars or glasses. And I try to collect recipes for quick cooking and without problems.
So, let's begin. The recipe is for 4 jars of 200 grams. I always have a ready-made biscuit in the freezer. If there is no biscuit, I use my favorite Jubilee cookies. To make a crumb, I twist it through a meat grinder.
Mix biscuit or cookie crumbs, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon. Melt butter in the microwave and pour into crumbs, stir. Arrange in jars.
Cottage cheese, cream cheese, honey, vanilla sugar - beat with a mixer until good consistency.
Spread the crumbs on top.
On top of the cream, spread jam or fruit puree, grated with sugar. Strawberry or apricot or peach.
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Put in the refrigerator. You can eat in 30 minutes.
