Ingredients

soft butter 100g
sugar 1 + 1/4 Art.
eggs 4 things.
wheat flour 2 tbsp.
vanillin 1 pack
chocolate (preferably dark) 50 grams
cocoa powder 5 tbsp. l.
salt 0.5 tsp
baking powder 10 grams
powdered sugar 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Beat soft butter with sugar until creamy, add cocoa powder, chocolate melted in a water bath (I just chopped it into small pieces and melted chocolate in 1 minute in the microwave) and beat for another 1 minute. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, add vanillin. Add sifted flour, mixed in advance with baking powder and salt. I added half of the flour, beating with a mixer, and mixed the rest with a silicone stick, it is better not to knead with your hands, the dough is thick enough, but sticks to my hands. Cover the dough and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. After this time, take it out, with wet hands divide the dough into 32 parts, roll a ball out of each, then carefully roll it in powdered sugar. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. When baked, the biscuits swell, the sugar shell bursts and a marble pattern is obtained. It is very important not to overdry the cookies, after 10 minutes check them with a wooden toothpick, if dry, the cookies are ready. It took me 12 minutes to bake.

The main thing is not to overdo the cookies in the oven, 12 minutes. enough for baking. Otherwise they will become as hard as a carrot.

I made cookies yesterday. The cookies turned out to be not so beautiful, slightly "blurred" I think I did not guess with the consistency of the dough. The eggs were too large, more flour should have been added. Although I put two tablespoons of flour in excess of the norm, this was clearly not enough, but this did not affect the taste in any way. And here is my not too pretty liver, but very tasty cookies

Today I baked it, I insisted on the dough for two days in the refrigerator (I just forgot).I made balls very naughty - they stuck to my hands, stuck to a spoon, stuck to a spoon - ball-making. My husband came and stuck all the balls. The result is the most delicate gingerbread. Soft inside with a thin crust. Delicious, sweet and pretty. the only thing is that some are stuck together on a baking sheet, you need more distance between the balls. Thanks for the recipe
